The second Phase of Mindful Meditation Therapy for Peace and Sustainable Development took off in good footing. The last two days which has brought together over 20 young people to observe deep connection within themselves and an intimate interaction with each other seeking to find inner peace. Meditation is the most important element of Self-Development and self-discovery. Personal development starts from the very inner growth of what the mind experiences, including the development of mindfulness, empathy, awareness, wisdom, emotional intelligence, balance and other components. The art of loving yourself genuinely, loving others unconditionally and facing tough reality with patience and hope.
